“Get in their shoes.”

My wife reminded me of this mentality earlier this week, when she was able to connect with a client previously labeled “unreachable”.

She tried another approach, a different way to communicate with them after noticing how busy they always seem to be. 

And it worked.

One size doesn’t fit all when it comes to how you communicate a message, and it’s always easier when you understand things from their...shoes 🙌
